Love is in the air!
I was really into the Valentine Vibes this year. I had to stop myself because I knew I wouldn't get everything finished in time but here are some fun newbies and a free pillow pattern! Enjoy!
This was a trio of Valentine Smalls from Cherry Hill Stitchery: I Love You, Feb 14 & Hugs & Kisses. Stitched on Light Taupe and the red is Louisiana Hot Sauce from Weeks. The other threads are from my stash.
Happy Valentines Day was a free cross stitch chart in Cherry Hill Stitchery's Facebook Group. You have to join to get the free pattern. I found this guest book stand in the wedding section at Hobby Lobby. I painted it white and it was perfect for this guy!
Here are a couple of pillows. Hugs & Kisses is by Primrose Cottage Stitches. I stitched this last year on Mushroom Lugana but I finally put it into this pillow. Floss and fabrics are from my stash.
The Hugs & Kisses Pillow needed a friend so the other Patchwork Pillow was an idea I had to use up some pink cloth I had left over from another project. This was such a fun little last minute stitch. This 6" Patchwork Pillow turned out even cuter then I thought it would.

Last but not least - I made this table runner. This is all Lori Holt fabrics and I used the 12" block sizes in the XO pattern by Lissa Alexander in Moda Blockheads 3. The 12" pattern, makes 6" XO blocks. I also used the heart patterns from Cluck Cluck Sew. I don't have a pattern for this table runner because it was on the fly but it's a fun new add to my land of pink & red!
