Free Flag Block Pattern!
This year is flying by! I can't believe it's already July and August is nipping at my heals as I type! I have so many things going on it's hard for me to keep up but I'm trying to soak in these summer days and get more progress on all my projects. If you want more details on what I'm working on, be sure to watch my YouTube videos. They have more details and I am able to share so much more on there. I did hit a few milestones this month, first up - I finished all the blocks

One Nation Stitch Along - 1776 & 2026
Well hello May! Sorry guys - I didn't get to make a video in April. All is well here, but it was a doozy of a month. The kids had Spring Break, then we rolled into our open house week at the store, followed by a visit from my mom to celebrate her birthday (Hi Mom!). I knew the only time I had to make April's video would be the last week of the month, but then I got sick. Just a respiratory thing but it was a rough one. I'm still coughing a lot and I'll spare you the rest of t

CARROTS CARROTS CARROTS!
Ok, I admit it....I'm obsessed! It's getting a little annoying for even me. I've been on this carrot obsession for at least a month. I can feel myself starting to pull away from it, but for now I'm still in it. Not exactly bunnies, and not exactly Easter and definitely not eating them, just decorating with them. I made it! Just in time! Phew! I have hustled a few things this month to get this post and video out to you by Valentine's Day! Yay!!!! It's still cold here in New Jersey, but the temperatures went above freezing this week and we all think it's Spring at a balmy 40....HA! First up! I made another VIDEO! This time it went a little smoother-ish, but I still have a lot to learn. The lighting is still a little weird but the new microphone seems to be good so I'm counting these as

January Wrap Up!
Time flies when your stitching! I can't believe January is almost over. I am however wishing this cold weather would go away. It's been extra cold here in New Jersey this winter and we're supposed to get a wallop of a snow storm tomorrow, so I'm ready with all the groceries. Just kidding, I'm ready with all my sewing projects! We have peanut butter, we'll survive! :-) Before I settle in here's a mash up of several things I'm working on so let's dive in. First up! I made a VID

New Year, New Sew Along!
I can't believe it's 2026 already! I wanted to check in and kick off the year with a sew along we're starting in January. This is a super casual sew along, so don't stress if you're not ready to dive in just yet. Every year I have a "scrap" project. I have a million scraps and I love playing with them, but I also love falling in love with a new project so my scraps continue to grow and grow. The ladies at the store recently re-discovered the Village quilt pattern by Miss Ro
